Founder and Certified Pilates Instructor
Lucia
Movement has been a natural part of her life since childhood - from modern gymnastics, to modern dance (Horton, Limón and Graham techniques in lessons at TD Bralen), to climbing, skiing and hiking.
She began to fully devote herself to Pilates in 2018 after the birth of her second son, when she was looking for a conscious and functional way to return to strength and stability.
She is a certified instructor of the international school Balanced Body® and systematically expands her education with specialized courses focused on, for example, back pain, DNS - dynamic neuromuscular stabilization according to Prof. Kolář (DNS 1 and DNS 2), and Barre Pilates Teacher Training under the banner of the Fitlates Academy.
In his practice, he emphasizes precision, technical purity, and conscious, controlled movement.
"The greatest joy for me is watching my clients gradually progress. It's amazing to watch them eliminate their pain through proper exercise, gain more strength, confidence in movement, and feel better about their bodies."

Soňa
She has been involved in movement for 23 years. She is a professional dancer who has received classical education (E.Jaczová Conservatory in Bratislava, Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Artesis University College in Antwerp and Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance in Salzburg) and, in addition to dancing, is currently engaged in Pilates and functional training. She practiced Pilates as part of movement compensation during her studies and was most fascinated by it when it helped her recover from an injury. Soňa is a certified Pilates instructor at Steele Pilates, New York City /2012/ and Flow Pilates Banská Bystrica /2025/ and also a graduate of the DNS course - dynamic neuromuscular stabilization according to Prof. Kolář (DNS 1).
“I see movement as a natural part of life. We move all day long, but many times we are stuck in incorrect movement patterns. I know firsthand how Pilates can help us feel better in body and mind, correct incorrect movement patterns, and prevent injuries.”

Certified Pilates Instructor
Viera
Her journey to Pilates began in 2019 after her first birth, when she discovered the power of conscious and functional movement in her own body. Vierka is a qualified physiotherapist, which today allows her to combine professional knowledge with a sensitive approach to each client. Later, she decided to further her education with a course at the FTVŠ, where she obtained the qualification of Level 1 Pilates Instructor. She also regularly uses the methodology in outpatient practice, where she naturally combines it with rehabilitation exercises, DNS elements and other therapeutic approaches. She has also completed the certified international Balanced Body® educational program, so that she can provide the highest quality guidance and help discover the joy of painless, conscious movement.
"As a movement therapist, I see movement as a way to restore the body, even after injuries or surgeries. I like to create an environment where people, thanks to regular exercise, find strength, peace, and confidence in movement again."

Certified Pilates Instructor
Kika
She has been involved in sports since early childhood. She was actively involved in gymnastics, athletics, and dance.
Her passion for movement led her to study fitness coaching at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. Sport is still an integral part of her life today – she continues to compete in it, and her discipline combines strength with elegance, similar to Pilates.
She is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor (Fitlates Academy) and is constantly expanding her education. She has completed courses such as Sports Diagnostics in Physiotherapy (Petra Vondrášová), FMS Diagnostics and other professional training.
She got into Pilates after her own injury. This method helped her significantly during her recovery – not only physically, but also in regaining her confidence in movement. That is why she decided to pass on her experience and help people on their journey to a stronger and more functional body.
“Pilates fascinates me with how it combines strength with elegance, and I really enjoy watching my clients improve their technique. I am very happy to see how Pilates helps them with injuries, improves their fitness and overall body function.”
