PILATES MAT​

Pilates on mats is a comprehensive training focused on strengthening the deep stabilization system, improving posture, and conscious control of movement.

 

It is practiced at a slow pace on a mat with various aids. The emphasis is on precision and correct technique. It is excellent for getting a feel for the basics of Pilates, but you will definitely not be bored.

 

We offer lessons for different levels, the instructor leads the exercise so that you safely build strength, flexibility and stability, taking into account your fitness level.

 

An ideal choice for those who want to work with their own body, improve mobility and feel lighter, stronger and more balanced.

PILATES FOR A HEALTHY BACK

MAT / REFORMER

Pilates MAT for a Healthy Back is a class focused on strengthening the spine, core stability, and proper posture. Each movement is designed to release tension, promote mobility, and reduce the risk of back pain.

 

We practice in small groups of up to 4 people so that we can pay individual attention to each participant and precisely correct the movement.

 

In a relaxed atmosphere, we work with our own body weight, at a controlled pace, and consciously engage deep muscles that support strength, stability, and spinal health.

We practice for 50 minutes.

PILATES MAT MAMA&MINI

Pilates MAT mama&mini is a lesson designed for postpartum women and mothers of small children up to about 1 year old (not walking) who want to find time for themselves again - without the need to deal with childcare.

 

We exercise on the mats consciously, in a controlled manner, and with respect for the body after pregnancy.

 

We focus on:

– activation of the deep stabilization system

– pelvic floor and abdominal wall

– body posture

– back and shoulders (overloaded by carrying and breastfeeding)

– gradual return of strength and stability

 

The children are with you during the lesson. The atmosphere is calm and intimate, with respect for the period of motherhood. If you need to interrupt the exercise for a while, it is natural. There is a space for changing diapers, feeding and calming down. We exercise for 50 minutes.

Thanks to the combination of springs, a sliding platform and adjustable supports, the reformer allows you to safely strengthen the entire body, deepen core work, lengthen muscles and improve coordination.

 

Lessons are tailored to different levels - from beginners to advanced.

Pilates during pregnancy on mats is designed for pregnant women who want focused, safe and conscious movement. The exercise focuses on the whole body, with special emphasis on the pelvic floor, correct posture and controlled movement technique.

 

The goal is to maintain fitness, prevent back pain, ease labor and speed up postpartum recovery. Each move is tailored to your current stage of pregnancy and your safety and that of your baby.
