Pilates LAB is a place for anyone who wants to exercise consciously, focus on building strength, and better understand their body. You don't need any experience — we'll teach you everything gradually and at a pace that suits you.
Just like in a lab, we focus on the small details that often make a big difference in how you feel. That's why we train in small groups of up to 4 people. This format allows us to observe you, correct, guide and adapt the workout to your body.
We adhere to the basic principles of the Pilates method - precision, concentration, and control - but always in an accessible, human, and supportive form.
In classes, you don't just practice movement. You learn to get to know your body, trust it, and work with it in a way that makes you feel good.
Pilates LAB is intimate, peaceful and designed to make you feel comfortable from the first step. With us you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, although the best cafes and bistros are just around the corner :)
